Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp.

How fast can I speak to a doctor?
Our average response time is under 15 minutes. Once your ₦2,000 consultation fee is confirmed, an MDCN-registered doctor will be assigned to your case immediately and will begin chatting with you on WhatsApp.
Are the doctors qualified?
Absolutely. Every doctor on the Dr Quickli platform is fully qualified and registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). We also hold a valid HEFAMAA license and are fully NDPR 2023 compliant.
How do I get my prescribed drugs?
After your consultation, if a prescription is needed, your doctor will send you a digital prescription. We will then route this to a partnered pharmacy near your location. You can choose to either pick up the medication in person or have it delivered to you on the same day.
Do I need to download an app?
No app download is required! The entire experience — from payment to consultation and prescription — happens directly on the WhatsApp app already installed on your phone.
Is Dr Quickli available outside Lagos?
Yes, our consultations are available nationwide across all 36 states in Nigeria. Currently, our automated drug fulfilment network covers Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, and we are rapidly expanding to other cities.
